Request by the Republic of Montenegro for accession to
the Council of Europe:
The Committee of Ministers took note with satisfaction of the request for
accession of the Republic of Montenegro to the Council of Europe and transmitted
it – in accordance with the usual procedure – to the Parliamentary Assembly for
opinion.
Demande d’adhésion de la République du Monténégro au Conseil de
l’Europe:
Le Comité des Ministres a pris note avec satisfaction de la demande
d’adhésion de la République du Monténégro au Conseil de l’Europe et l’a
transmise – conformément aux procédures en vigueur - à l’Assemblée parlementaire
pour avis.
The Committee of Ministers agreed that the Republic of Montenegro was a party to the Convention with effect from 6 June 2006, the date of the Republic’s declaration of succession to the Council of Europe conventions of which Serbia and Montenegro was a signatory or party.
Le Comité des Ministres a convenu que la République du Monténégro était Partie à la Convention avec effet au 6 juin 2006, date de la déclaration de succession de la République aux conventions du Conseil de l'Europe dont la Serbie-Monténégro était signataire ou Partie.
