Council of Europe anti-torture Committee publishes response
of the Moldovan authorities
Strasbourg, 26.03.2010 - The Council of Europe's Committee for the Prevention
of Torture and Inhuman or Degrading Treatment or Punishment (CPT) has published
today the response of the Moldovan Government to the report on the CPT's most
recent visit to Moldova, in July 2009. The response has been made public at
the request of the Moldovan authorities. The CPT’s report on the July 2009 visit
was published on 14 December 2009. The response of the Moldovan Government is
available on the Committee’s website:
